It is unlawful for any person to ride or drive any animal along any sidewalk or to camp or feed upon the public square or streets or sidewalks, or to leave any vehicle or other article dangerous to the public safety upon the public square, streets or sidewalks, at night, or to make or cause to be made any unreasonable or dangerous obstruction upon the public square, streets or sidewalks.
