Music in the Park Concert Series

WE”RE BACK!! Come rock and roll with us in the amphitheater at Trailblazer Park this June & September! Recognized as one of the best outdoor music venues in South Carolina, the amphitheater at Trailblazer Park offers plenty of green space to spread out and let the kids have fun. With beautiful mountain views, cool evening breezes and stars galore, you can’t help but kick back and enjoy life as the bands perform. Bring a blanket or chair and relax in the park. A little bit of jazz and a whole lot of  cool funk! J-E-T (Joe Jones, Eric Weiler and Tez Sherard) is a dynamic trio mixing funky bass, soulful guitar, and a drummer who creates music with his drums. J-E-T plays classic blues and jazz covers with a style that will send your spirit soaring.

June 12th – Remedy 58

Hailing from upstate South Carolina, REMEDY 58 brings their unique take on blues infused soul to Trailblazer Park. Tipton Jones-Boiter on lead vocals ups the ante of her smoky, sultry voice with a mean lead guitar, piano, and harmonica. Joel Green holds down a solid low end on his bass guitar while Mark Eshenbaugh brings a funky jazz influence on drums.

June 19th – Dangerous Ways

Local, loud and rockin’ it! Dangerous Ways brings their dynamic rock and roll show to Trailblazer Park. Be prepared to take a trip down memory lane and revisit classic rock tunes from iconic bands such as Aerosmith, Cheap Trick, The Cars, Tom Petty, Bad Company, ZZ Top, The Allman Bros and more!

The Vinyl Junkies cover popular favorites that span decades! Hear everything from Bruno Mars, Maroon 5 and Black-Eyed Peas to Chaka Khan, Santana and Stevie Wonder. Their outstanding brass section rocks the house on huge hits from Chicago and Tower of Power.

Sept 4th – The Ross Osteen Band

Sept 11th – Alex Keys and the Locksmiths

Country singer, Alex Key is a Nashville recording artist based out of Wilkesboro, NC. Acclaimed by many including legendary Grammy award winning songwriter, Jim Lauderdale, Alex’s vocals  are mesmerizing and soulful. When it comes time for the band to hit the stage, you’ll hear some of the their original tunes and favorite country songs to sing along to.
