Chapter 9.20 OFFENSES AGAINST PUBLIC WELFARE
9.20.030 Junk to be stored in buildings.
It is unlawful for any person doing business as a junk dealer
within the city to keep or store any junk, such as discarded automobiles, or
other vehicle or machinery, or discarded pipe, boilers, radiators, and other
like commodities in the city, unless the same be kept and stored in a building
to be approved by the chief of police. Any person violating the provisions of
this section shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, and every day of
twenty-four hours, subsequent to the time limit specified in a notice, during
which such person shall refuse or neglect to obey the orders of the chief of
police shall be deemed a separate offense. (Ord. O-10-93 § 4 (part), 1993;
