MetroConnects is responsible for operating, maintaining, and rehabilitating the City’s sewer system. All emergency and non-emergency service requests should be directed to MetroConnects using the information below.

Residents on private septic systems will not be affected by the transfer of services to MetroConnects.
Six-Month Savings Program
During the summer months, MetroConnects customers are automatically enrolled in a Six-Month Savings Program. Due to increased outside water use during the warmer months (i.e. irrigation, swimming pools, etc.) usage will be based on the average number of gallons each customer uses during the winter months. This number is then set as the maximum amount the customer will be charged during the summer months. The six-month savings period begins after meters are read in April and ends when meters are read in October.
