Chapter 3.04 STREETS AND SIDEWALKS
3.04.250 Trees and shrubs obstructing vision.*
It is unlawful to plant, place or cause to grow any tree or
shrub on any roadway or street right-of-way or in any area between a sidewalk
and a curb of such street or roadway. The chief of police may order the removal
of any such tree or shrub already growing in that area upon his determination
that such tree or shrub is hazardous to traffic. (Ord. O-10-93 § 4 (part),
